About Linda
AI Researcher & Multilingual Advocate
I'm a passionate AI researcher exploring how large language models can reflect cultural diversity and reason like humans. My work spans multilingual NLP, code-switching, RAG, and data augmentation methods. Also a nationally awarded writer, dancer, and choreographer, I love bridging STEM, humanities, and the arts to champion diverse voices!

Research Projects
I conduct research that pushes the boundaries of natural language processing, focusing on multilingual code-switching, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), reasoning in large language models, and data augmentation techniques. Explore selected publications, projects, and papers below.
Where others saw borders, I found bridges, between languages, cultures, and disciplines.
Community Leadership
From shaping student culture around academic integrity, to advancing STEM equity through symposiums and fundraising, to mentoring younger students and inspiring passion for linguistics, I lead by uniting people, bringing back my expertise, and empowering the community toward my shared vision.

Writing & Art
Writer and artist exploring borderlands, culture, identity, and history—past, present, and future—through essays, illustrations, and short stories, recognized with a Scholastic National Silver Medal.
Raised in three cultures, I amplify the stories the world overlooks.
